What happens if my credit card payment doesn’t go through?

If we charge your credit card and it is declined, you will receive a notification alerting you that the payment did not go through and you need to update your billing information. We will then try your credit card again in 3 days. During that time, you'll have full access to your account.

If your credit card is declined a second time you will receive a second notification alerting you that your payment was declined again and you need to update your billing information. We will then try your credit card again in 6 days. 

If your credit card is declined a third time you will receive a third notification alerting you that your payment was declined again, and your account has been frozen. Your account will remain frozen until you can provide a valid credit card.
