What do I do if my password isn’t working?

If your password is not working, this may mean that you've changed the password or you've entered an incorrect password. First, make sure you’ve entered the right password correctly. If there is still an issue then the best thing to do is reset your password (see "What do I do if I've forgotten my password?")
