How do I edit an email?

You can only edit an email if it has not been sent yet.

To edit an email:

  1. In the main menu, click the Campaigns link
  2. Locate and click on the Campaign that contains the email
  3. On the Campaign Details page, locate the email you want to edit
  4. In the Actions column, click the Edit icon
  5. Make your changes/edits to the Email details and/or recipients
  6. If you are finished editing the email details click the Save button and you’ll be directed back to the Email Detail page. If not, click the Next Step button
  7. In the Email Designer, make any changes/edits to your email template
  8. If you are finished editing your email click the Save button and you’ll be directed back to the Email Detail page. If not, click the Next Step button
  9. On the Review page, review the email details
  10. Click the Save and Close button and you’ll be directed back to the Email Detail page
