What is a Click-to-Open Rate and how is it measured?

The Click-to-Open rate (CTOR) is the percentage of emails that were clicked compared to the number of emails that were opened. To calculate the click-to-open rate you divide the number of clicks by the number of opens and multiply it by 100.

So, if you have 50 clicks and 90 opens, your click-to-open rate is 50/90 x 100, which equals 56%.
