How do I verify my WePay account?

There are two steps to verifying your WePay account.

First you must confirm your email address. You will receive an email from WePay at the email address you used to sign up for the account. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder. In the email click the Confirm Your Email button.

The second step is to complete your account setup.

  1. Go to the ticket creation page and Click the “complete your account set up” link under Payment Settings
  2. Follow the WePay process for account setup
  3. When you have answered all the required questions click the Submit button
  4. It will then ask for your banking information. Fill in your bank info and click the Add Bank button.
  5. Finally, click the Finish button and you will be returned to the PushSend dashboard
  6. Go to the Billing Information tab under My Account and you will see your WePay account status is now Verified
