What if I don’t get my refund?

Refunds are the responsibility of the event organizer. If you requested a refund and did not receive it contact the event organizer again at the email address provided in your ticket purchase confirmation email. If you still have issues obtaining your refund please contact us at support@pushsend.com and we will make every effort to contact the event organizer and try to get your refund.
