How do I create a lead gen form?

To create a Lead Gen Form:

 

  1. In the main menu, click the Lead Gen Forms link
  2. Click the Create Form button
  3. Enter the Form details (title, description, target recipient list, form type and tags)
  4. Click the Next Step button
  5. In the Form Designer, drag and drop fields from the left menu into the form to add more fields.
  6. Click the Style Settings tab to style and format your form
  7. Click the General tab to add a success message for the form submission and to add a policy agreement message (optional)
  8. When your form is complete, click the Next Step button
  9. This will take you to the Review page where you can copy the embed link for your Lead Gen Form
  10. Click the Preview button to view your form
  11. If you are finished creating your form, click the Save and Close button
